After wowing audiences across Europe with her X2008 Tour earlier this Summer and confirming Australian dates for December, Kylie’s pleased to announce that KylieX2008 is coming to South America, covering Peru, Chile and Argentina this November!

Kylie’s set to play a number of gigs in South America later this year! In addition to this leg of her critically acclaimed KylieX2008 tour, she will also play in her native Australia and even in Dubai! As for the South America, we currently know about shows in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru. We will keep you updated on the dates of the shows, as they were not confirmed yet. KylieX2008 is now going to be Kylie’s most expensive and longest-running tour ever!

Kylie Minogue will hold a week-long series of shows at Rod Laver Arena in December.
“The reason I hadn’t confirmed dates in Australia is I really didn’t know what I was getting into,” Kylie told the Sunday Herald Sun. “But now I know. I have a show that breathes and changes and is dependent on people’s moods and environment. I can’t wait to bring it home.”
Her critically acclaimed KylieX2008 show will visit Melbourne and Sydney.
Kylie’s tour promoter, Michael Gudinski, will announce dates this week with the venue already booked for the first week of December. Kylie, who battled breast cancer two years ago, will hold a limited number of shows before enjoying Christmas with family in Melbourne.
“As far as my health goes, I do two shows in a row, then have a day off,” she said. “Sometimes after two shows I think, ‘Well, I could (do) one tomorrow . . .’ But, I’ll quit while I’m ahead.”
The show is minimalist chic, but her stage converts into a football field, dancefloor, ballroom and garden.

Channel 4 is bringing a new music channel to the UK’s shores, it’s called 4Music and it starts its broadcast today (August 15th)! In celebration of their launch, 4Music will broadcast an exclusive live show of Kylie performing at London’s O2 Arena during her recent KylieX2008 tour! The show was filmed on August 2nd and will air on 9pm tonight! Be sure to tune in! :)))

Pop star Kylie Minogue has recently announced a duet plan with her sister Dannii Minogue. They will sing their own version of ABBA’s hit “The Winner Takes It All” for a theme song of a TV comedy situation entitled “Beautiful People”.
Commenting on their duet, Dannii says that she is very excited and looks forward to it especially after performing with Kylie on her latest concert tour “KylieX2008″. In an interview, she says, “I really miss singing so I am planning to do some more next year. Doing the duet with Kylie on tour was amazing. It was nice to share that. I definitely want to do a duet, it’s just about finding the right thing and the right time.”
