When it comes to facing the camera, celebrities like Kylie Minogue, Brad Pitt and Kate Moss all have one thing in common - they never fail to look their best. However, the one who almost never fails to put the right foot forward is pop princess Kylie Minogue. The Aussie singer was named the ‘Most Photogenic Celebrity,’ in a new survey by Samsung cameras.
She was followed by Hollywood heartthrob George Clooney, who landed the second spot on the list, reports the Daily Express. Third on the list was actor Brad Pitt while former Spice Girls star Victoria Beckham fourth. Rounding off the top five was Elizabeth Hurley.
You can find the list of Top 10 Most Photogenic Celebrities behind the cut. ![]()

My thanks to the many people around the world who sent their birthday
wishes for my fortieth! I had a wonderful day and am now truly excited
about the year ahead and what the future might bring. The X2008 tour
continues with a show tonight in Munich, so it’s back to business K. x
PS I’m terribly sorry for the lack of updates but the past couple of weeks was pretty hectic for me. Anyway, the updates resumes later today or tomorrow. Thank you for your patience! <3
The petite Australian has been gracing our screens in one form or another for the past 28 years, and could now be described as a global treasure,” Britain’s Daily Telegraph gushed today. The UK’s Sun newspaper called Minogue an “incredible woman”. “She has managed the impossible - men lust after her, women love her and little girls want to be her.” On her website, Minogue’s fans have posted more than 200 birthday messages, with some trying to reassure the star that life begins at 40.
Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has described Kylie Minogue as being like “Girls Aloud rolled into one”.
Martin, who also called the pop star as “awesome”, revealed that Minogue had written a song for the band’s new album ‘Viva La Vida’ but it wasn’t used.
“I took apart the song she did with us, like a Corby trouser press,” Martin told Q.
Coldplay and Minogue’s collaboration occurred because they both share the same record label, Parlophone.
However, Martin said that their sessions together were fraught and then band didn’t think Minogue’s song would fit on the new album.
‘Viva La Vida’, the bands fourth album, is released on June 12th.
As previously reported, the band will play two free shows – in New York and London – to celebrate the album’s release.
World famous singer Kylie Minogue is to perform Sunday evening for the delight of a big crowd to gather at Sofia’s Lokomotiv Stadium.
The start will stage a concert to present the songs of her newest album along with her greatest hit.
The first fan, who managed to buy a ticket will be given the exclusive opportunity to meet the Kylie just before the start of her show.
Most of the singles in the singer’s tenth studio album “X” have been composed by herself at the time when she was undergoing breast cancer treatment.
Kylie Ann Minogue is an Australian, Grammy award-winning pop singer, songwriter and actress. Minogue rose to prominence in the late 1980s through her role in the Australian television soap opera “Neighbours”, before she commenced her career as a pop artist in the late ’80s. She has sold over40[more likely 70 - Ingvar] million records worldwide.
Congratulations to Kylie for her 16th consecutive Top 10 hit with In My Arms, the third single off her hugely succsessful album X, entering the charts in the UK at the very respectful #10. The album has moved up to #33!
Kylie Minogue changed a gay Paris into a mardi gras as she kicked off her 2008 world tour at the Bercy Stadium last night.
The princess of pop ditched her golden hot pants for a more modern look as she celebrated her 21st year of stardom.
The singer - 40 at the end of the month - opened the show in a floor-length purple and gold gown that was more suitable for a red carpet premiere than an energetic stage show.
Around 10,000 screaming fans from as far away as Australia applauded as she rose onto the stage. And Kylie lapped it up as she performed a string of her old hits. She managed seven costume changes in her lengthy 28-song set - and even managed a few words of thanks in French.
Pals David Tennant and Matthew Horne made the journey across the Atlantic to see the star, who gave herself a well-deserved break in the middle of the set before unleashing 12 more songs. She beamed as adoring fans constantly chanted her name.
Queen of pop Madonna may have been playing across town, but now it appears she has a serious contender for her crown.
PS HQs from the show are coming! <3
Here’s the setlist of the first part of the show. I’m not 100% sure about it, though.
