The countdown has begun!! Not long now before opening night for KylieX2008!!!!
My cast, crew and I have been working hard to really make this show a ‘Spectacular’ for you. Full production rehearsals are coming up and we are very excited to merge all the various elements of the show. If you have seen some of the behind the scene footage you will have noticed both new and familiar faces. I will update you with one more peek behind the scenes before we open in Paris, so keep a look out!
I hope you liked the little ‘All I See’ video we did especially for you! I managed to squeeze in three hours filming at the end of a long day’s shooting for the show. Very low-fi, just Willie and Marco (one of my dancers) and a white backdrop. And, as I always say…’When in doubt, apply more glitter!’. Girl can’t get enough of a glitter drop!
As all my time seems to be taken up with elaborate and difficult rehearsals
it was fun to do something simple and spontaneous. Back to the studio now and I will check in with you again before May 6th!Love Kylie x

Kylie Minogue says she fears her battle with breast cancer is not over, but still dreams of marrying and having children.
On the eve of her 40th birthday next month, the Australian pop princess says she still has regular check-ups with her doctors and has been touched by the kindness her fans have shown.
“It’s not over,” she told the Sunday Mirror newspaper in Britain.
“The ‘voyage’ doesn’t end suddenly. That’s why it’s so difficult to talk about it.

Kylie performed at Dancing With the Stars yesterday and here are the videos of her singing All I See and Can’t Get You Out Of My Head! Although a bit nervous at the beginning, Kylie managed to pull off a wonderful, energetic performance. Pictures to come soon. Thanks to FlyKM.com & UltraKylie.
Also, Kylie was scheduled for an appearance on Ellen this Thrusday, but it was confirmed that she will be on the show on next Monday, April 7!

Breaking news: According to Perez Hilton and yesterday’s edition of Daily Mirror, Kylie is set to headline this year’s edition of the Glastonbury Festival!!!! Wow! The news is yet to be confirmed, though. I do hope it’s true! What do you guys think about Kylie performing at the festival?
Kylie Minogue is the latest star to enlist Jean Paul Gaultier to create a show wardrobe for her upcoming tour, KylieX2008.
The petite pop star will sport a number of couture outfits from the outlandish French designer, who has often dressed Madonna for her shows, including 2006’s Confessions tour.
Kylie’s latest tour starts on 6th May in Paris, and will end in London three months later in August.
The French theme looks set to continue throughout the tour, with esteemed French photographers Pierre & Gilles recently shooting Minogue for the tour programme and promotional material.
It’s been pretty much confirmed that ‘In My Arms’ will be the next UK single! The promo vinyl-disc has been released and it looks absolutely amazing! The disc includes two tracks - the album version as well as the instrumental one. No word about new b-sides or remixes on the actual single release yet.
